Mango Mojito Mocktail
Sweet, tart and deliciously refreshing mocktail everyone will love.

- 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh or in a container
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon agave or honey optional
- ¼ cup mango juice
- ⅓ cup seltzer water or more to taste
In a large glass (14 ounce or larger), pour lime juice, agave (or sugar) and mint leaves.
Using the end of a wooden spoon or a muddler, press down on the mint leaves and "muddle" to release their juices.
Remove muddler and add ¼ cup mango juice. Fill glass with ice up to the top.
Pour seltzer water to the top of of the glass. Insert straw and give it a gentle mix. Enjoy!
