Italian White Bean Feta Dip

- 15 ounces cannellini beans drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic diced
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper more to taste
- ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
- ¼ cup crumbled feta
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
In a food processor, add beans, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper and process until combined. Next, add parsley and feta. With the processor running, slowly pour in olive oil until smooth (about a minute).
