Easy Artichoke Dip

Hot and creamy appetizer perfect for every gathering!

Ingredients

  • 1 12-14 ounce jar quartered artichoke hearts
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 6 ounce can French onion rings divided in half

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except for half the french onions. 
  • Scoop dip into a small (6x6 or 8x8) ceramic or glass baking dish, and top with remaining french onions.
  • Bake on center rack for 40 minutes or until middle is hot and bubbling.
  • Serve straight from the baking dish or transfer to a bowl and enjoy with bread, chips and crackers.

Notes

You can use any size baking dish you have but you may need to reduce the heating time when using a larger dish.
