Dairy Free Buffalo Chicken Dip

- 2 cans chunk chicken breast, drained 12.5 ounce can
- ¼ cup dairy free sour cream such as Kite Hill
- ½ cup vegan cheese shreds divided, such as Chao
- ¼ cup dairy free buffalo sauce such as Primal Kitchen, more to taste
- diced green onions optional
In a large bowl, mix the chicken, sour cream, ¼ cup cheese shreds and buffalo sauce.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir, top off with remaining ¼ cup cheese shreds and microwave another minute.
Serve immediately with chips, bread and celery.
