Dairy Free Buffalo Chicken Dip

Creamy, spicy and dairy free, this chicken dip hits the spot as the perfect appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans chunk chicken breast, drained 12.5 ounce can
  • ¼ cup dairy free sour cream such as Kite Hill
  • ½ cup vegan cheese shreds divided, such as Chao
  • ¼ cup dairy free buffalo sauce such as Primal Kitchen, more to taste
  • diced green onions optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the chicken, sour cream, ¼ cup cheese shreds and buffalo sauce.
  • Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir, top off with remaining ¼ cup cheese shreds and microwave another minute.
  • Serve immediately with chips, bread and celery.
