We love delicious drinks around here, but especially easy drinks that taste like their overpriced counterparts. Our most popular is the Espresso Double Shot, along with our White Chocolate Mocha and Iced White Chocolate Mocha—all made with just a few ingredients and plenty of tips on making espresso drinks without an espresso machine.

Substitutions
There are a few ways to adjust this Medicine Ball Starbucks Copycat recipe to fit your preferences.
- To make this recipe caffeine free, find a caffeine free green tea. Peach tea is herbal so its already free from caffeine.
- Paleo or Whole30 - To adjust this recipe to comply with a paleo, AIP or Whole30 diet, swap the lemonade for fresh-squeezed lemons and increase the amount of honey to taste.

Equipment
My parents have this instant Boiling Tea Kettle and I love it! We have instant hot water installed in our sink (it's amazing), but a regular tea kettle or the microwave work just fine too.
Storage
Make Ahead Instructions: Double this recipe or feel free to make a whole pitcher and heat as needed! This will keep fresh in the refrigerator for up to a week. It may need a quick stir before pouring since the honey might sink to the bottom.
Try these Creamy Cinnamon Orange Tea Sandwiches to pair along with your Medicine Ball. We also love our Chewy Chocolate Cookies with Peanut Butter Chips for an afternoon pick-me-up.
